English as a Second Language

Kutztown University's Secondary Education Department has been accredited by the PA Department of Education to provide the Program Specialist Certificate - English as a Second Language (ESL). This program, designed to aid students in areas of exploration such as Latinized grammar, integration of English language learners, and literacy development. This certification is for certificate holders in all kindergarten through grade 12 programs.
