The College of Science, Engineering and Health (SEH) incorporates the fields of Sciences, Engineering, IT and Health and Medical Sciences. Comprising ten academic Schools (eight Higher Education schools and two TAFE schools), the College delivers a broad range of programs at apprenticeship, certificate, bachelor, masters and PhD levels. Many programs articulate between TAFE and Higher Education, creating pathways for further study.

The School of Aerospace, Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering is recognised by industry and general community for its work-relevant education programs, supreme research facilities, creative real-world project work and robust relations with local and international industry leaders. The School has achieved significant successes in advanced design and manufacturing across different application areas and industry sectors. It is these successes that place the School at the pinnacle of science and technology institutions in Australia and overseas.

Electrical and Computer Engineering

The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) offers students the opportunity to study a variety of undergraduate, postgraduate coursework and postgraduate research engineering programs and courses at RMIT’s City campus in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The School has a well established research record and is recognised both nationally and internationally for its fundamental and applied research. The School currently has approximately 120 higher degree by research students, with approximately 80% undertaking PhD studies.
