Bioprocess Engineering (BE)

Electrical Power Engineering (BE)

In this course, you'll explore power system stability, safety and protection issues. You'll get the technical and practical skills you need to work as a professional engineer in manufacturing, mining, electronics, or power distribution and maintenance areas.

Energy and the Environment (PostGradDip)

Are you working, or would you like to work, in the field of environmental management? This course will help you to develop your career in the energy industry as you explore the policies, environmental impacts, assessments and monitoring of energy systems.

Energy Studies (PostGrad Cert)

The Postgraduate Certificate in Energy Studies is designed to cater for graduates of any discipline who wish to acquire knowledge and skills in the areas of energy management, built environment, energy systems or energy policy. A specialisation in energy systems will assist or enhance their work in areas such as energy management, the design of small to medium size energy systems and renewable energy research. A specialisation in energy policy will assist or enhance their work in areas such as energy policy and planning, energy economics and renewable energy research. A specialisation in energy management or built environment will be applicable to careers in energy efficiency in industry or the commercial sector.In this course, you'll learn the basics of counselling theory and practice in a range of learning environments.

Energy Studies (PostGradDip)

In this course, you'll gain the knowledge and skills you need to work in areas such as energy policy, energy economics, energy management and efficiency, sustainable energy systems design and planning, the environmental impact of energy systems, and energy research.

Engineering (BE)

Gain an excellent foundation in Engineering, then choose to specialise in Bioprocess, Electrical Power, Environmental, Industrial Computer Systems, Instrumentation and Control, Medical or Renewable Energy Engineering.

Engineering/Commerce (BE, BCom)

Engineering (M)

If you're working in process control and instrumentation systems or electrical power engineering, you can update your existing qualifications in this course. You'll enhance your skills in a range of modern technologies, with a focus on instrumentation and control, and power engineering.

Engineering/Science (BE/ BSc)

Physics and Nanotechnology (BSc)

Explore how the laws of physics affect everything from the atoms in your body to the planets orbiting around the sun. You'll also learn how nanotechnology is applied to create new materials, from methods of water purification to space travel.

Renewable Energy Engineering (BE)

In this course, you'll explore how energy can be generated from sustainable sources. You'll learn how to design, commission and test a range of renewable energy systems including solar thermal, photovoltaic, wind based and biomass systems.

Renewable Energy (M)

This course will provide you with advanced training in renewable energy systems, sustainable energy policy or energy efficiency. This course follows a year of study with the Postgraduate Diploma in Energy Studies or the Postgraduate Diploma in Energy and the Environment.

Sustainable Energy Management (BSc)

The renewable energy industry is growing faster than the information technology, tourism, manufacturing and coal mining industries, so expertise is in demand. In this course, you'll explore new sustainable energy production methods and how to improve the efficiency of existing systems.
