Bachelor of Business Studies

Equivalent to 3 years of full-time study

Graduates from the BBS program have a broad base of business knowledge combined with specialist knowledge of a particular area of business. The BBS is therefore an excellent entry to a promising career path. The ability to think clearly, critically and analytically and to conceptualize ideas and relate them to practical business situations is developed through the student's course work. The program seeks to develop portable skills which will be of value in a business environment after graduation.

Master of Business Studies

Normally two years of full-time

The Master of Business Studies (MBS) is an advanced qualification for students who have completed the degree of Bachelor of Business Studies or Bachelor of Business Studies with Honours. Those candidates who successfully complete the MBS will, by the end of the programme, have achieved the combined study of advanced theory with research in a specialised field of business. For many BBS graduates, the MBS degree will be the highest academic qualification to which they will aspire for their career needs. For some students it may be on the pathway to a doctoral degree.
