    Arthington Davy Scholarship
    A private-funded scholarship for students to carry out study and research that will benefit the Kingdom of Tonga.

    Chilean Bicentennial Scholarships
    The Chilean Government Bicentennial Scholarships are open to students from the Republic of Chile who intend to undertake a Masters or PhD programme at The University of Auckland.

    China Scholarship Council (CSC) scholarships
    The CSC and The University of Auckland jointly award scholarships to Chinese students who want to carry out PhD study in New Zealand.

    COLFUTURO
    A loan/scholarship for Colombian students who intend to undertake a Masters or PhD programme overseas.

    Danish Study Abroad Scholarships
    The scholarship is awarded to Danish students for study periods abroad that form part of a Danish study programme or for a complete Masters degree.

    German Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst Scholarships
    The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD, or Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) funds the further academic and personal qualifications of outstanding German undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as young academics and researchers. 

    ICETEX
    A loan for Colombian students who intend to pursue higher studies.

    US Financial Aid
    If you are a US Citizen you can apply for US Financial Aid to assist in funding your education while studying at The University of Auckland.

    University of Auckland Fulbright Scholarship
    UA Fulbright Scholarships are tenable to Citizens of the United States of America who are intending to take up Fulbright Awards to study in New Zealand and who intend to enrol full-time at the University of Auckland for an approved Master's or Doctoral degree.

    University of Auckland Commonwealth Scholarship
    UA Commonwealth Scholarships are available to students who are citizens of Canada and Britain. The scholarships are tenable for a maximum of thirty-six months for a PhD candidate.

     

     

    • Developmental Scholarships

    The aim of the developmental scholarships is to provide an opportunity for students from selected developing countries to pursue studies in development related fields. Upon completion of their study programmes, students are expected to return and contribute to the economic and social development of their home countries.
    Currently we have scholarships under the New Zealand Aid Programme which is funded by the New Zealand Government's international aid and development programme and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) - Japan Scholarship Program (JSP) with financing from the Government of Japan.
