24 Week English Scholarships!
You can gain a 24 Week English Scholarship when you enrol in a one year or longer mainstream programme with SIT. That means you can study English for up to 24 weeks at no additional tuition cost!
SIT’s 24 Week English Scholarships are the perfect way to improve your English while getting ready for academic study.
How the scholarship works
Simply pay a bond of NZ$9,000 to start studying at SIT’s cutting-edge English Language Institute on the 24 Week English Scholarships. When you enrol on a mainstream course of one year or more, the bond is then credited to your mainstream course fees – you are only required to pay the difference. That means you save thousands of dollars!
Scholarship terms and conditions
Students are eligible for up to 24 weeks English Scholarship when they enrol in a mainstream programme (a certificate, diploma, degree, graduate diploma or postgraduate diploma programme) of one year or longer full-time duration (“a mainstream programme”).
Students intending to undertake the 24 Week English Scholarships must provide an upfront payment of NZ$9,000 for the introductory English language programme. If students meet the English entry requirements and are accepted into a mainstream programme of at least one year full-time duration, the upfront payment will be credited against the tuition fees for that mainstream programme. Students are required to pay the remaining tuition fee balance and any applicable resource fee for the mainstream programme.
To qualify for the 24 Week English Scholarship, you will need to sign a contract with SIT agreeing to the scholarship's conditions.
