Harmony Language Centre (HLC) has been established as a premium language learning institution offering the prestigious  English training programmes through preparatory courses for The University of Cambridge English for Speakers of Other Languages (Cambridge ESOL) and City & Guilds of London International English Qualifications (C&G IEQs).
