    Living in London is the dream of many an expat. The city’s flair and its multicultural society attract millions of visitors every year.Living in London has appealed to countless generations of British and foreign nationals alike.     England is ruled by a monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, who uses a parliament to manage the country. A Prime Minister is elected from the leading party and exercises his authority in cooperation with the Queen
