The Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (A.P.U) is amongst Malaysia’s Premier Private Universities, and is where a unique fusion of technology, innovation and creativity works effectively towards preparing graduates for significant roles in business and society globally.

APIIT started in 1993 in response to the Malaysian Government's initiative to address the critical shortage of IT professionals in Malaysia and the region.

The Asia Pacific University has and always will, continue to develop and deliver its academic programmes through unique and well-established international partnerships, particularly with Staffordshire University UK but also with other partners throughout the world.

Since then the Institute has grown from being a successful local player in Malaysia to an established major regional player, with activities and overseas centres in Karachi, Pakistan; Colombo, Sri Lanka and Panipat, India.
