| UiTM is Malaysia's largest institution of higher learning in terms of size and population. It has experienced phenomenal growth since its inception in 1956 and it is still growing. The university has expanded nationwide with 15 branch campuses, three satellite campuses, 9 city campuses and 21 affiliated colleges. With this vast network and a workforce of 17,000, the university offers more than 300 academic programmes in a conducive and vibrant environment. It is also home to some 172,000 students.

| ART AND DESIGN To be a distinguished Art and Design Faculty and Resource Centre of world-class status. Their Mission is to provide excellent and distinguish teaching and learning programmes in Art & Design.
Music The Faculty of Music was established in June 2006. The faculty offers a variety of music programmes at the Diploma, Bachelor and Graduate levels which focuses on the development of academic competence, professional skills and critical and creative abilities. The faculty aims to spearhead the advancement of music and music education in Malaysia and on the international front through creative music learning-teaching strategies and cutting-edge music research.
