    University Accommodation (UA) provides several services to the ANU community to provide students with accommadation.

                                                   

                                                 

     

    Types of accommodation

    ANU Student Residences: ANU offers on campus accommodation for full time  undergraduates and postgraduate students

    ANU Owned Rental Properties:Are you eligible ? how to apply?

    Renting:Information and assistance on where to begin when looking for a rental property.

    Housing Online:Housing Online is an opportunity for those looking for and those offering accommodation. Includes share houses, private board and private rentals

    Financial Assistance:Information on Bursaries and a guide to Budgeting

    Liversidge Court Apartments:short term, self contained apartments on campus, available to the University community, corporate and general public guests.

     

    Accommodation guarantee

    Priority is given to new full-time undergraduate students whose home is outside the ACT region and have accepted an academic offer. Every effort is made to house as many students as possible, however accommodation cannot be guaranteed for continuing, local and graduate students.

    Registration for accommodation does not guarantee that you will receive an offer for your first preference.  Whilst we do try to accommodate you in your favorite  place of residence you may be offered accommodation in a anothere location where costs may also different.

    Students who are eligible for the Accommodation Guaranteemust submit their application by midnight on 10 June 2013. The final application closing date (non-guaranteed) is 16 June 2013.
