    Tuition fees in a New Zealand high school or primary school are generally less than that of other English speaking countries. The New Zealand dollar throughout 2003/4/5 and as of Nov 2006 has been a lot higher than it's general average over the last ten years -maybe about 20% higher. This has made study in New Zealand a little more expensive than usual, but  is still comparatively cheaper than study in the US or UK.

    Living Expenses
    The approximate annual living expenses are about NZ $ 10,000 - 12,000, which includes accommodation as well as other daily expenses. However, the expenses are different for different people depending on the lifestyles and this is just a rough idea. New Zealand has the lowest cost of living among most developed countries.
