New courses 2012
There will be no direct entry to dentistry (80150) or undergraduate entry medicine (90110) in 2012 and in the future. There will be no entry to the current graduate entry medicine course (90160) in 2013 and in the future. Students aiming for entry to dentistry and medicine in subsequent years will complete a bachelor's degree and then compete for a place in a new four-year Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) course (to be introduced in 2013) or a new four-year Doctor of Medicine (MD) course (to be introduced in 2014).
