    Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

    Learn the role of law in society and develop a sense of social responsibility. Macquarie Law will give you knowledge of legal principles and the critical and analytic skills to really understand them. Macquarie offers law as a combined program with other undergraduate degrees or as an addition to your existing degree.

    In this degree you'll study established areas such as constitutional law, international law, contract law and family law. You'll also look at areas of contemporary concern such as consumer law, environmental law, health law and information technology law.

    Minimum Course Duration: 6 years part-time

    Master of Laws (LLM)

    The Master of Laws is able to be completed in Environmental Law or International Environmental Law and is designed to meet the needs of lawyers working in the area of environmental law, or those who wish to do so, and for persons seeking to extend their understanding of issues in environmental regulation. Specialisations include:

    • Environmental Law
    • International Environmental Law
    • Law 
    • Legal History

    Suitable for:

    The Master of Laws of open to law graduates and practicing lawyers who are looking to further their understanding in a particluar area of law.

    Minimum Course Duration:

    1 year

    entry requirements:

    The basic admission qualification is the completion of a recognised Law degree.
