The Faculty has three research institutes in the National Centre for Forensic Studies (NCFS), Centre for Research in Therapeutic Solutions (CResTS) and the Institute for Applied Ecology. The Cooperative Research Centres of eWater and Invasive Animals both have their headquarters on campus. These institutes and joint ventures provide unparalleled opportunity to continue your studies at postgraduate level leading to a research career.

Biomedical Sciences

Environmental Science

Forensic Studies

Forensic science applies the scientific method to the investigation of criminal acts. Our courses cover the collection and examination of trace evidence, environmental forensics, toxicology, forensic statistics, specialized chemical and biological analyses, and the interpretation and reporting of analytical results.
