    School of Information and Communication Technology

    The School of Information and Communication Technology delivers programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate level in a variety of disciplines. Amongst the programs currently offered are

    In addition, the School also contributes towards majors in the Bachelor of Multimedia and in the Bachelor of Business (Aviation Technology).

    The entire teaching program of the School is undergoing a complete renewal and refresh in 2011, for introduction in 2012.  This activity will modernise the courses and will ensure that students are being exposed to the latest in practices and technologies.  It is also planned that new programs and courses will be introduced, particularly suited towards current IT professionals seeking an upgrading of their skills and qualifications.  The introduction of professional certification courses into the programs is also being planned.

    Besides the regional campuses, the School has a large cohort of students at the various metropolitan Australian International Campuses. The School is also growing its research capacity, and is seeking to significantly expand the numbers of students engaged in higher degree research programs.
