    Established in 1998, Early Childhood Education (ECE) at UNE is committed to teaching that is engaging, meaningful and life long.

    Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education)

    The course is unique as it builds upon your existing knowledge and abilities developed through previous studies and your subsequent work experience. A minimum of one year and a maximum of five years work experience is required depending on the level of schooling completed. The course focuses on the birth to eight year old age group. It provides additional opportunities to study, learn and reflect on education for young children.

    Duration: 4 year

    Our Secondary pre-service teacher education awards prepare students to begin challenging, satisfying careers as teachers working with adolescents and young adults of diverse ability, interests and background.  They are all accredited with the NSW Institute of Teachers.
