The Faculty of Computer Science and Information Systems is a well-established center for higher education in the field of computer science. From as early as the 1980s we have offered a degree in Computer Science, making us an expert in the area, with courses tailored to the industrial needs. We are an excellent center for teaching, learning and reseacrh, producing skilled and talented graduates in high demand by the industry. Always striving for excellence, we were awarded the MSC status in 2002.

We aim to provide students with computer and generic skills, with hopes of producing well-rounded, skilled and remarkable graduates. The Bachelor Computer Science courses are based on the International standards proposed by Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and The Computer Society of the Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE-CS). We are also pursuing certification programs to enhance the marketability and skill of our graduates.
