On-campus Accommodation

The Lincoln Courts is our stunning waterfront accommodation complex, situated on campus in the heart of the Student Village. You will be minutes away from the University’s academic buildings, Student Support Centre and the Engine Shed and the city centre is just a short walk. The complex is made up of 17 contemporary buildings of self-catered apartments, each one housing five to eight students. In total there are 1,037 furnished student bedrooms. Some apartments have rooms designed specifically for students with disabilities. Fees for apartments include both heating and electricity bills, plus personal possessions insurance and free University internet access.

Off-campus Accommodation

You can choose from a wide range of accommodation in Lincoln, much of which is situated around the attractive waterside of the Brayford Pool Marina within very short walking distance of the main campus and the city centre. The University’s accreditation scheme with our Partnership Halls means that students can find a safe, well-managed place to live near the main campus.

Partnership Halls

Residential ‘Partnership Halls’ have been developed with landlords in line with the City of Lincoln Accreditation Scheme, specifically for students of the University of Lincoln. These have been developed in association with the University Accommodation Service and are all within a five minutes walk of the main Brayford Pool campus.

Brayford Quay

This development is situated opposite the University on Brayford Wharf North and overlooks the waterfront. Its 399 en-suite bedrooms are divided into six-bedroom apartments and studio apartments. Facilities include broadband internet access, a television in each kitchen/lounge area with Freeview and free TV licence.

Hayes Wharf

Hayes Wharf is a purpose-built student residence overlooking the Brayford Pool campus. Its 224 en-suite bedrooms are provided in shared apartments of two to five bedrooms. Facilities include an LCD television in every apartment, on-site laundry facilities and internet access. Personal possessions insurance is included.

The Junxion

Located in the city centre, just opposite the Library and Engine Shed, The Junxion offers 569 en-suite bedrooms provided in four, five or six-bedroom apartments with fully fitted kitchens/dining/lounge areas. Designed around a central courtyard, facilities include a lounge, laundrette and cash machines. All apartments have leather sofas, 32” LCD televisions, free TV licence, Freeview and Sky Sports and dishwashers. Contents insurance and broadband internet in all bedrooms is included in the rent.

Park Court

Located close to the Brayford Pool campus and a two-minute walk from the city centre, Park Court is a purpose built development offering 289 en-suite study bedrooms arranged as four and five-bedroom apartments with a shared fully fitted kitchen. Facilities include on-site laundry facilities, a lounge with 50” Plasma TV, Freeview and DVD player, a pool table, games machines and vending machines.

The Pavilions

The Pavilions are adjacent to the University’s Sports and Recreation Centre. The accommodation provides 1,329 en-suite bedspaces ranging from self-contained studio flats to six-bedroom apartments which include leather sofas, 32” LCD televisions with free TV licence, Freeview and Sky Sports. It has a coffee bar lounge which has Sky TV, pool tables, air-hockey and vending machines. There is also an on-site launderette. Contents insurance and broadband internet in all bedrooms is included.
