Wintec Student Village at 181 Collingwood Street is a five minute walk from downtown Hamilton and the City Campus. The Village management team will provide you with a safe, secure and comfortable living environment including video monitored security 24/7.

There are 15 villa-type units, each with five single bedrooms including phone, internet access, kitchenette (excluding oven) and separate shower and toilet facilities. All bedrooms include a bed, study desk, cupboards and wardrobe. Student Village also has a shared kitchen (including cooking facilities, fridge/ freezer and ample cupboard storage area), TV lounge, games room and laundry. Catered meals are provided and BBQ facilities are also available.

Hostels

In a hostel, you have your own room but share bathroom and laundry facilities. Some hostels provide meals - others don't. Self-catering hostels (where you provide your own food) start from $100 per week for a single room. In many hostels, you'll need to provide your own blankets, linen, pillow, towels, kitchen and eating utensils.
