Students enjoy living in spacious student apartments offering four large lockable bedrooms with double beds, private individual bathrooms, large study areas, two wardrobes, free intranet service to the University of the Sunshine Coast (enabling access to the University library from your bedroom), private telephone and Internet connection.

The common room areas of each apartment include full laundry facilities - these facilities are free , fully equipped domestic kitchens, lounge and dining furniture and outdoor furniture in either a balcony or courtyard setting.

UniCentral's modern community facilities include; a 6 lane 25 metre lap pool, flood-lit tennis/basketball court, Recreation Pavilion surounded by verandas over looking the swimming pool and tennis court.  The Pavilion inlcudes a fully  equipped games room including a 55" HD, LCD T.V and Austar/Cable, Comfy lounge and furniture, Pool Tables, Table Tennis, Air Hockey, Food and Drink Vending Machines and Central Barbeque area. Step outside the back gates and directly onto the University grounds, a few minutes walk to class.

Students feel secure knowing the Resident Managers live on site and a security team are on site at night and to look after students after dark. There is plenty of free off street parking with the security of UniCentral grounds.
