Springfield

The Residential Village is a community situated within Education City and offers student and staff accommodation, cafes, restaurants, shops and student services in one central location. Applications for accommodation can be made to the Springfield Residential Village.

Accommodation Database

USQ is able to provide students with information on a range of accommodation options. An online Accommodation Database is available to USQ students to assist in finding appropriate accommodation. Finding off-campus accommodation can be a difficult and time consuming task for students. The Accommodation Database is designed to maximise your choice of available rental properties, whilst minimising the time required to find suitable housing. By using the database rental properties are advertised in an efficient manner and are easily accessible for students seeking off-campus accommodation.

How it works

• you must be currently enrolled at the University of Southern Queensland
• if you have a room for rent or are looking to share accommodation, you can list your rental property on the database completely FREE of charge
• free listing is available when you register using your USQ email address
• the database caters for individuals and groups of students
• you may list individual properties with unlimited images and text
