The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus is an overseas campus of the University of Nottingham. The university is situated in Semenyih, Selangor a town part of Greater Kuala Lumpur.

The University was recently ranked as "excellent" or tier 5 in a scale of tier 1-6 and is classified as a private institution, by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education. The Malaysia Campus was the first campus of a British University in Malaysia and one of the first to open outside Britain thus earning the distinction of the Queen's Awards for Enterprise 2001 and the Queen's Award for Industry (International Trade) 2006.

Campus

In September 2005, the Malaysia Campus moved to its new purpose-built campus at Semenyih, 30km south of Kuala Lumpur city centre.

Occupying a scenic position overlooking green hills on a 101-acre site, and designed to mirror the attributes of University Park in the UK, the campus is a self-contained and self-sufficient neighbourhood village in a garden environment with over 3800 students.

The Kuala Lumpur Teaching Centre (KLTC) is located within the Chulan Tower in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city centre. Certain postgraduate programmes such as applied psychology, business and management, and education are delivered here.
