Sultan Idris University of Education

Faculty of management and economics was established on November 2002 in parallel with the expansion of Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, in congruence with government aspiration to produce graduate teachers in the field of management, accounting and economics in order to fulfill the nation’s needs.

Looking on an educational context, the merging of education and business management has been the catalyst for teachers in acquiring new skills and knowledge and has become a new and exciting field for teachers to explore. The objective of this new field is to produce teachers that not only know the content knowledge, but also the practical application of the knowledge.
